Project Name: Emergency Response to Flood and COVID-19 Affected people in Sunamganj District, Bangladesh.
Project Introduction:
To improve the instant situation of the flood affected families, DAM has implemented this project by the support of Give2Asia. The main objective of this project was to reduce the losses and damages of flood affected families by providing food, hygiene & dignity support. Through this program, 150 households were finally selected from one most vulnerable flood affected Upazilav of Sunamganj district. Project participants were selected by conducting a survey based on the vulnerability through Kobo Collect software. Then beneficiary list is rechecked by Union Parishad for avoiding duplications as well. The wards have been selected in consultation with other supporters NGO so that there is no overlapping and selection of the neediest families is ensured. Finally on the recommendation of Union Parishad, Upazila Nirbahi Officer approved the list of 150 families for the support.

Overall Objective:
- To provide balanced nutritious food, NFI and WASH package to 150 households;
