Asian Literacy Conference 2014 ends

Asian Literacy Conference 2014 and 3rd National Conference of Teachers have been ended on Monday with the view to developing the skill of teachers. Sharing experience, paper presentation and sessions were conducted at this 3-day conference to develop the professionalism among the teachers.

Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) President and the Chairman of Bangladesh Reading Association (BRA) Kazi Rafiqul Alam welcomed everybody to end the conference successfully.

A total of 32 delegates from the different countries of the world took part in this conference. Moreover 250 teachers from different districts of the country also participated here.

In the opening ceremony on 6 September former Advisor of a Caretaker Government Dr. Hossain Zillur Rahman stressed on the access of quality education.

It is maintainable that BRA in cooperation with DAM, IRA and Campaign for Popular Education (CAMPE) organized the conference.
